What is the order processing time?
Order processing takes 3–14 days. We’re a small design studio, so our production capacity varies depending on the number of orders we're currently handling.
In addition, our beautiful colorful cables are sourced from a company based in Turin, Italy, which may occasionally extend the processing time.

Where are studio lampart products made?
In Poland! We both hail from the seaside town of Kołobrzeg. Our first prototypes and ideas were developed in Poznań, and we currently design and create in Ząbki, near Warsaw.
Can there be differences between copies?
Yes, with 3D printing, unlike mass production techniques like injection molding, each product is created individually, and even though they share the same design, they may differ slightly. However, we ensure that such differences do not affect their aesthetics or performance.
What material are the products made of?
Our products are manufactured using FDM 3D printing technology and a selection of high-quality filaments from various manufacturers.
Boogie, the Charmy base, and selected bead colors are printed using PLA (a biodegradable polylactic acid made from renewable corn starch), while the remaining components are printed using PETG (a durable glycol-modified PET plastic, based on the same material commonly used to produce plastic bottles).
How do connections between modules work?
In both of our modular products, the individual elements are connected using magnets. Thanks to the appropriate polarity, no matter which way you stack the beads or place the boogie boards, they will magnetically connect.
What are the shipping costs?
At the moment, we don't offer free shipping outside Poland. As a small design studio, we're just beginning our journey of selling internationally, so we're taking things one step at a time.
That said, if we see enough interest from customers abroad, we'll be more than happy to introduce free international shipping in the future. We truly appreciate your support and hope to make it available as soon as possible!

Will I receive a light bulb when I buy Charmy in a set?
Yes, when you buy a Charmy modular lamp you receive a base with a bulb and three beads (lampshades).
What should I do if my light bulb burns out?
We want the maintenance of the lamp to be as simple as possible, so if the bulb burns out, you can easily and cheaply find it online by searching for: Lumiled 500413.
Can I build Charmy with more beads?
Of course! However, we don't guarantee that every single one will be illuminated – the lamp's proportions are largely based on the longest available E27 bulb. If you manage to find a longer one, feel free to build tall towers, and ideally, let us know!
How does Charmy shine?
Charmy was designed as a lamp that will illuminate your interior with the light you desire. Depending on the colors chosen, both the color and intensity of the light will vary – the darker the bead color, the more intense the color and the more subtle the light; lighter beads will provide more light with a more delicate tint.
How durable is the lamp?
The entire body of the lamp is made of PLA/PET-G plastic, which certainly makes it much more durable than the glass typically used in lamps. The elements are susceptible to cracking or breaking if dropped from a height of approximately 2 meters, but they certainly won't shatter, scattering sharp shards. This makes Charmy especially recommended for parents and pet owners.

How many vinyl records can the Boogie hold?
One Boogie stand module can hold approximately 20 single-disc vinyl records. Of course, for two-disc or multi-disc editions, this number may be lower.
What can I store with Boogie?
Boogie was designed as a modular vinyl record stand, but there is nothing stopping you from using it to store and display magazines, journals or books.
