Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. You may inspect the item as you would in a physical store, but it must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Whenever possible, items should be returned in their original packaging together with any tags and accessories. You will also need to provide your proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process unsolicited returns.

Unless the return is the result of a defective or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@studio-lampart.pl so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• products made to the customer's specifications,

• clearly personalized or custom-made products,

• gift cards,

• sale items, where permitted by applicable law.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

This right does not apply to products that are made to order or clearly personalized, as permitted under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights.
