Terms and Conditions

§1 General Provisions

The online store Studio Lampart, available at www.studio-lampart.pl, is operated by Insomnes Design Radosław Pastewski, with its registered office at ul. Stefana Batorego 4/62, 05-091 Ząbki, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 1251795204, REGON: 542843026, email: hello@studio-lampart.pl, telephone: +48 519 744 669, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller."

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, making payments, delivery of goods, exercising the right of withdrawal, submitting complaints, and the processing of personal data.

These Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the Store's website in a manner that allows users to access, download, reproduce, and store them.


§2 Definitions

Customer – any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit purchasing products through the Store.

Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity, provided that the contract is not of a professional nature for that person.

Goods – products offered for sale in the Store.

Sales Agreement – a distance sales contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.


§3 Use of the Store

The Store may be used provided the Customer has access to the Internet and a current web browser.

The Customer is obliged to provide accurate information and to use the Store in accordance with applicable laws and accepted standards of conduct.

It is prohibited to submit unlawful content through the Store.

The Seller declares that all Goods and services offered comply with applicable law and do not infringe the rights of third parties.


§4 Products and Prices

All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish Złoty (PLN).

Prices do not include delivery costs, which are indicated during the ordering process.

Information about the Goods constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code.

The Seller reserves the right to change product prices, introduce new products, and conduct promotional campaigns. Such changes shall not affect orders placed before they become effective.


§5 Placing Orders and Conclusion of the Agreement

Orders may be placed 24 hours a day using the order form available on the Store's website.

To place an order, the Customer selects the Goods, adds them to the shopping cart, completes the order form, selects the preferred delivery and payment methods, and confirms the order.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement.

The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller sends the Customer an email confirming acceptance of the order for processing.

Order fulfillment is subject to successful payment authorization by the payment service provider.


§6 Payment Methods

The Customer may pay for the order using one of the following methods:

  • online bank transfer,

  • BLIK,

  • payment card,

  • instant bank transfer,

  • other payment methods available in the Store.

Electronic payments are processed by PayPro S.A., operating under the Przelewy24 brand.

Payment transactions are carried out in accordance with the payment provider's terms and conditions.

Failure to complete payment within the time specified in the order confirmation may result in cancellation of the order.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Customer unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise. Refunds for electronic payments are processed through PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24).


§7 Order Fulfillment and Delivery

Goods are delivered within the territory of the Republic of Poland and, where indicated in the Store, to other countries.

Delivery costs are displayed during the checkout process.

Order processing begins once payment has been credited to the Seller's bank account.

The standard order processing time is 3–14 days, unless a different timeframe is specified in the product description.

The total order fulfillment time consists of:

a) production of the ordered Goods,

b) preparation of the order for shipment,

c) delivery time provided by the carrier.

Where an order contains products with different processing times, the longest stated processing time shall apply.

The maximum delivery period for Consumers shall not exceed 30 days from the date of conclusion of the Sales Agreement unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order within the specified timeframe, the Customer will be informed without undue delay and offered either:

a) a new delivery date, or

b) cancellation of the order with a full refund.

For Consumer sales, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Consumer upon delivery.


§8 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers and Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the Customer takes possession of the Goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement sent by email or post.

The Customer must return the Goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawing from the contract.

The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the Goods.

The Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered, no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.


§9 Complaints and Liability

The Seller is liable to Consumers for any lack of conformity of the Goods with the Sales Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

Complaints may be submitted by email to hello@studio-lampart.pl or in writing to the Seller's registered address.

The complaint should include a description of the defect and information enabling identification of the order.

The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of its receipt.

If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will restore conformity of the Goods by repair or replacement, and if this is impossible, reduce the price or issue a refund.

Consumers may also use out-of-court complaint handling and redress procedures via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at:

§10 Personal Data

The Seller is the controller of Customers' personal data.

Personal data is processed for the purposes of order fulfillment, payment processing, delivery, and compliance with legal obligations.

Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy published on the Store's website.

Personal data may be shared with PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24) and courier companies to the extent necessary for performance of the Sales Agreement.

Customers have the right to access, rectify, restrict the processing of, and erase their personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).


§11 Liability

The Seller exercises due care to ensure that the information presented in the Store is accurate and up to date.

The Seller shall not be liable for interruptions in the operation of the Store caused by technical issues beyond its control.

With respect to Customers who are not Consumers, the Seller's liability may be limited to the total value of the order.


§12 Final Provisions

Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Polish law, in particular the provisions of the Polish Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

Any disputes arising from agreements concluded with the Seller shall be settled by the competent common courts.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal or organizational reasons. Such amendments shall not affect orders placed before they become effective.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date of their publication on the Store's website.
